Booking & payment
Your appointment is secured when payment is made at the time of booking. Payment is taken securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe — Harris Equine Intimate Health never sees or stores your card details.
Your appointment time
We work by area and plan each day's route once bookings are in. Your appointment time is emailed at least 24 hours before the visit. Times are our best estimate and can move a little on the day — we'll let you know if we're running significantly behind.
Before your visit
Some visits need a short consultation or intake form to be completed first — if so, we'll send you the link. Please have your horse(s) ready with a headcollar on, somewhere safe to stand them, and a competent handler available.
Cancellations & refunds
Full refund with 24+ hours' notice. No refund within 24 hours of your appointment, but do get in touch and we will try to help. If we need to cancel for any reason you will be fully refunded through Stripe direct to your payment method within 24hrs. You can cancel online using the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your visit; closer than that, please get in touch directly. Any refund is issued by Harris Equine Intimate Health in line with this policy.
If we can't complete the visit
If something means we can't safely carry out the visit on the day, we'll talk you through the options. You're never charged for work that didn't happen.
