Where is best to perform the service?+
A safe space to provide the service: A stable, tie up area or wash-bay. If your horse gets separation anxiety or is more content with his herd, that's fine too! We work where ever the horse is happiest so long as its safe to do so.
Do you need anything ready for your arrival?+
1. A head-collar and lead rope 2. Hot water if you have it (1 full kettle per horse or several flasks) - cold is also fine! 3. A competent handler - or let us know as we are fully insured to work without owner present. 4. Feed or treats if you are unsure how he will be - we like to make happy memories and sometimes distraction works perfect (everything is less scary with a treat)
What products do you use?+
We only use water based lubricant - no sheath cleaners/baby oil or any other solutions. This is less likely to cause any adverse reactions or affect the natural PH levels.
